AFSN is pleased to announce the launch of Flysmart, our new solution that enables companies to reduce CO₂ emissions from business travel in a practical, documented, and operationally feasible way.
Flysmart is built on something very real: AFSN already supplies Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) at several airports in Norway, allowing companies to access SAF at the airports they actually fly from. This makes the emission reductions both tangible and traceable — not theoretical or offset-based, but rooted in real fuel delivery and certified sustainability.
The SAF used in Flysmart is produced at a Scandinavian refinery, supplied by our owner St1 in Gothenburg. It is made from certified European bio-based feedstock, ensuring a short and robust supply chain into Norway. This provides high traceability, reduced transport needs, and a more sustainable overall value chain.
Norwegian businesses rely heavily on air travel. Long distances, decentralised operations, and the need to stay connected across regions make aviation an essential part of daily operations. Therefore, solutions to reduce emissions must be realistic and aligned with operational needs. Today, SAF is the only viable alternative to fossil jet fuel, and Flysmart offers companies a credible and immediate path to lowering their aviation carbon footprint.
